What does a boiler service cost?
CV-ketel onderhoud is €145 incl. BTW plus any materials. Send me your boiler model when you enquire so I can check which service parts it may need. I’ll explain any additional work and cost before going ahead.
A service is planned maintenance. If the boiler has stopped working or shows a fault code, tell me when you book so I can allow for diagnosis rather than treating it as a routine service.
What is included?
I follow the maintenance requirements for the model fitted in your home. That includes the relevant cleaning, inspection and operating checks, with attention to the appliance and its flue connections. You get an explanation of what I found, what was done and anything that needs following up.
Parts such as seals and gaskets depend on the model and the maintenance required. They are listed separately, so you can see what you are paying for.
How often should it be serviced?
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your boiler and its warranty conditions. Some models need annual maintenance; others have a different interval. Age, use and condition can also affect the advice. Send me the model and the date of the last service if you’re unsure.

Do I need a maintenance contract?
You can book a one-off service with me. You don’t need to take out a subscription to have the boiler maintained.
If you already have a contract, check what it includes before paying for a separate visit. A plan with breakdown cover is a different product from a maintenance-only service. I explain the comparison in maintenance contract or one-off service.
What if something is wrong?
Let me know about fault codes, unusual noises, pressure loss or unreliable hot water. A photo of the display and a short description help me prepare. Don’t remove the boiler casing to take a photo.
For fault-finding and repairs, the first hour is €135 incl. BTW including call-out, followed by €95 incl. BTW per hour. Materials are extra. I’ll explain what needs doing and discuss the cost with you.
Book a service
Message me on WhatsApp with your postcode, boiler model and preferred days. If you rent, check with your landlord or managing agent first in case maintenance is already arranged.
If you smell gas, leave the property and call 0800 9009 from outside. If a CO alarm sounds or you suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, get everyone outside and call 112. Don’t wait for a maintenance appointment.
