New boiler installation
A standard replacement includes the boiler, labour, small installation materials and removal of the old boiler. The flue route, connections and access affect the full scope, so I assess those before confirming your quote.

What will my quote include?
Your quote sets out the work, the equipment and materials, and the total including BTW. Options such as a different thermostat or filter are identified so you can decide what to add.
For a larger job, access and making good need to be clear too. If scaffolding, plastering or other work is needed, we'll establish what is included and what needs arranging separately.
What if something changes?
If an unexpected issue affects the job, I'll explain it and discuss the additional work and cost before proceeding. If you want to change the plan, we can agree that in the same way.
