How these figures work: each platform collects and checks its own reviews. Werkspot asks for an account or an invoice before a customer can leave one, and Trustoo only accepts reviews from people who used the service. Nobody has been paid, given a discount or otherwise rewarded for leaving a review, and every review is shown whatever its rating. Names are shortened to first name and initial.
