[Home](https://www.englishplumber.nl/) 2. Reviews # What customers say about the work These are customers’ words about jobs I’ve done. Read a selection below, or follow the links to see the reviews on Werkspot, Google and Trustoo. Written by Jordan · Last checked 15 September 2026 - Werkspot 4.9 / 5, 52 reviews - Google 5.0 / 5, 17 reviews - Trustoo 8.9 / 10, 20 reviews - Total 69 on the two five-star platforms ## Ratings on the original platforms Werkspot shows **4.9 out of 5 from 52 reviews**, and Google shows **5.0 out of 5 from 17 reviews**. The site’s headline uses the lower of those ratings and the combined review count. [Trustoo](https://trustoo.nl/noord-holland/medemblik/cv-verwarmings-installateur/english-plumber/) shows 8.9 out of 10 from 20 reviews. Its rating stays separate because it uses a different scale and may include reviews from other sources. How these figures work: each platform collects and checks its own reviews. Werkspot asks for an account or an invoice before a customer can leave one, and Trustoo only accepts reviews from people who used the service. Nobody has been paid, given a discount or otherwise rewarded for leaving a review, and every review is shown whatever its rating. Names are shortened to first name and initial. I copy the figures from each platform; they were last checked on 16 October 2026. ## Customer feedback The selection below is reproduced from my Werkspot profile.
